Acne Product
Acne affects millions of individuals, both young and old, and can have a significant social and economic impact. We are developing a gel that can neutralize inflammatory proteins from Cutibacterium acnes, to treat and prevent acne.
Using our approach, we can target the specific acne-causing bacteria and their metabolites, thereby; avoiding the risk of resistance, the harsh effects that anti-acne chemicals can have on the skin, and leave the skin microbiome intact.
